Cancellation

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective From: 01 April 2026 to 31 March 2027

At Shree Mewar Helicopter Services LLP, we strive to provide safe, reliable and seamless helicopter services. The following Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all bookings unless otherwise specified in writing.

General Terms

All bookings are subject to confirmation by Shree Mewar Helicopter Services LLP.

Booking shall be considered confirmed only after receipt of full/advance payment and confirmation via Email/WhatsApp.

Cancellation charges shall be calculated from the date and time the written cancellation request is received by our office.

Cancellation requests must be submitted through Email or official WhatsApp only. Telephone cancellations shall not be accepted.

The company reserves the right to modify flight schedules due to operational, weather, technical or regulatory requirements.

No Show Policy

Failure to report at the designated reporting time shall be treated as a No Show, and 100% cancellation charges will apply.

Special Conditions

Weather / Force Majeure

Flights may be delayed, rescheduled or cancelled due to:

  • Bad Weather
  • Air Traffic Restrictions
  • Government Orders
  • Natural Calamities
  • DGCA Restrictions
  • Force Majeure Events beyond Company's Control

In such cases:

  • The Company shall make every effort to reschedule the flight if possible.
  • If rescheduling is not possible, the refundable applicable operational expenses, if any, shall be processed.
  • No compensation shall be payable for consequential losses such as hotel bookings, transportation or other expenses.

Technical Cancellation

If the flight is cancelled due to:

  • Aircraft Technical Reasons
  • Operational Safety Requirements
  • Company Operational Constraints

The passenger may opt for:

  • Next Available Flight (subject to availability), or
  • Full Refund of the amount paid.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds shall be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
  • Refunds shall be made through the original mode of payment wherever possible.
  • Any applicable bank charges, payment gateway charges or transaction fees may be deducted.

Passenger Information

Passenger Responsibilities

  • Original Government-issued Photo ID is mandatory for all passengers.
  • Passengers must report at least 45–60 minutes prior to departure.
  • Late reporting may result in denial of boarding without refund.
  • Dangerous goods and prohibited items are not permitted onboard.

Child Policy

  • Children below 2 years may travel as per DGCA norms (without occupying a separate seat where applicable).
  • Children 2 years and above shall be charged a full fare unless otherwise specified.
  • Valid proof of age is mandatory.

Separate cancellation terms may apply for:

  • Charter Flights
  • Event Bookings
  • Election Flying
  • Corporate Bookings
  • Wedding Flights
  • VVIP Operations

These shall be governed by the terms specified in the signed quotation/agreement.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests are subject to:

  • Aircraft Availability
  • DGCA Permissions
  • Operational Feasibility
Rescheduling within 7 days of departure is not permitted.

Important Notes

Please Note

  • Unutilized portions of the journey shall not be refunded after commencement of the service.
  • Pick-up & Drop services, if arranged, are chargeable separately unless specifically included.
  • All passengers must comply with DGCA regulations and crew instructions.
  • The Company reserves the right to refuse boarding for safety or security reasons.
  • Jurisdiction for all disputes shall be Udaipur, Rajasthan only.
